Finding and maintaining a healthy balance in today’s world isn’t easy. Through my personalized coaching, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to achieve full body wellness. With an emphasis on macro nutrition counting and planning, I can help you live your life to its ultimate. I am unique in that I bring in my life and health coaching education so we can tackle those everyday frustrations that can keep us from success.

With me as your coach, you’ll learn what your body needs by way of macronutrients and how to live your fullest and healthiest life. 

Programs I Offer

  • The Capri: Eight weeks of macro nutrition coaching

    More for the individual who has some experience in the nutrition world but needs more guidance. (also depends on goal.)

    The macro lifestyle takes time. The first initial weeks most clients are learning what macros are, how to eat to adjust for them, how to incorporate better habits to support their new nutrition journey, and how to slowly let go of other habits that have gotten in the way of success. Depending on the individual, this could click immediately or it may take more time to find the macro- counting groove.

    With an initial consultation to gather information, the client will receive a specialized plan based on their specific information. This is tailor -made for the client. The client will have a 1:1 30-60 meeting once a week to ensure best success. We will discuss what is working, what isn’ t working and how best to prepare week to week. The plan includes:

    • Macro-nutrition percentage breakdown tailor-made for you

    • Meal guide specifically created based on client food preference

    • Application set up- how to track your food in the application

    • Consistent daily progress checks by the coach

    • 1:1 coaching

    • Weekly session notes typed and shared with the client for reference of goals and action steps all shared via Google Docs.

    • 8- 30-60 minute sessions once a week to discuss progress

    • Coach access Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm.

    • Virtual coaching offered (Facetime or Zoom)

    • Meal Ideas will be given to help guide the client. (I do not meal plan specifically for clients)

    • Time management is offered that will help with meal planning and macro counting.

    • Guidance and support through life’s ups and downs and strategies to combat scenarios so we have best success.

  • The Quinn: Twelve Weeks OF Macro nutrition Coaching

    More for a true beginner.

    Commonly, the first 4-6 weeks of nutrition coaching is experimental. It will take time for the client to examine their current eating regimen and adjust. There will be ebbs and flows with this lifestyle change and I will be able to guide you through multiple months of coaching, consistently assessing your progress and helping you to make necessary changes so you reach your goal! The plan includes:

    • Macro-nutrition percentage breakdown tailor-made for you

    • Meal guide specifically created based on client food preference

    • Application set up- how to track your food in the application

    • Consistent daily progress checks by the coach

    • 1:1 coaching

    • Weekly session notes typed and shared with the client for reference of goals and action steps.

    • 12- 30-60 minute sessions once a week to discuss progress

    • Coach access Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm.

    • Virtual coaching offered (Facetime or Zoom)

    • Eating out assitance to ensure best success.

    • Strategies on how to combat the little things life throws at us so that you remain on track.

  • MACRO ME- a mini session

    Need some nutrition guidance? Macros or macronutrients are the nutrients we need in greater quantities. Our calories that we consume are made up of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. How much we need of each macro is determined by our overall lifestyle. I can help you determine the right combination for you based on different variants. Through a questionnaire, I will give you some assistance into eating better for your goals. And the best part of macro counting is that it is goal neutral- they can always be shifted and altered to support your needs. What you will get:

    • Macro numbers personally created for you based on data provided.

    • My “Go To Foods” list

    • My “Twelve Tips to Success” document

    • - if needed- Carb Manager application set up.

  • The Cohort- Group coaching

    • Cohorts will be offered quarterly.

    • Currently scheduled cohort #1- August 7- September 11.

    • 6 weeks long

    • 7-10 people- The Cohort sessions will be held by Zoom call weeknights.

    • What you will receive:

      • Personalized macros and adjustment

      • Lifestyle coaching- time management, habit stacking, food preparation, accountability, nutrition facts label analysis, weighing food, macronutrient education, weekly group accountability and more

      • community ideas and support

      • Discussion of celebrations, challenges, action steps, and assigned tasks that will enhance your progress and success.

    • Cost: $450

      • $425 with a referral and sign up.

WHO IS CLAIRE COOK?

HI! I am Claire, owner of Claireity Concepts: Guts&Goals. The coaching I provide not only incorporates my education involved in becoming a coach, but also brings in my experience. Why should you listen to me? Because I can relate to you. I am a 40 year old mother of two, a wife, and have been a full- time educator to middle school students for 15 years with expertise in the sciences and physical education. Fair to say, I have seen a thing or two. And it’s those things have made me a well- rounded individual that I believe can help transform you for the better. I know the constant craziness that life can throw at you and I have learned how to conquer it and be my healthiest self despite it all.
